Annual Report 2021-2022
The Lions of Lockhurst Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an all-volunteer 501c3 charitable organization that relies on the generous involvement of parents, teachers, and staff. By working together, we can make a difference! The purpose of the PTO is to enrich our children's educational experience; build a stronger school community; facilitate and foster communication between home and school. We are pleased to report on this year's progress towards these goals. Thank you for your ongoing support of the PTO! We hope you all have a great summer. Look out for more information about our reinvigorated Annual Student Fund Drive that will start in August!

2022-2023
A significant portion of the PTO's budget supports experiential learning opportunities. The PTO funded over $40,000 to support various in-school enrichment programs. We fundraise for the next year while ensuring we have a cushion for unexpected expenses. Next year's expenses are double what we spent this year. Our 2022-23 goal is $100,000!

The PTO is funded through the generosity of our donors - primarily the Lockhust families. We will be putting a major focus on our Annual Student Fund Drive in 2022 to lean into our immediate families for one large annual donation. This will decrease to one "a-thon." We understand the "a-thon" relies primarily on asking family and friends to make a tax-deductible donation.
