For only $20 you will receive:

• Your child's name on the Marquee in front of the School

• An announcement in the PTO monthly newsletter

• Birthday shout-out & sticker at Friday assembly

 

HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST

• Send Birthday Requests to the PTO email info@lolpto.com (you will receive a confirmation)

• Include Child's Name, Age, and Birthday

  ** REQUEST MUST BE MADE 1 WEEK BEFORE - PLAN ACCORDINGLY (NO EXCEPTIONS)**  

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For all payment options, please include "BIRTHDAY" in notes with Child's Name and Birthday
